270g Medjool dates
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup raw tahini
1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
1.5 cups ground nuts
For coating:
1/2 cup sesame seeds/shredded coconut
Instructions:
soak pitted dates in hot water for 30 min.
Drain the water and place dates, oats, tahini, and cinnamon in the food processor and process till well combined. Mix in nuts and roll into balls. Roll the balls in sesame seeds/coconut to coat. οΏΌRefrigerate overnight before serving.
