on the left, dark square plate with a square of silken tofu topped with brown sauce, green onions. diced cucumbers and sesame seeds. dark spoon placed on the top part of the plate. to the right small white oval ceramic bowl with scoop of white rice, topped with green onions and diced cucumbers around.

This recipe is super easy. Seriously , the hardest thing about it is opening the tofu package, I mean, you know how tricky those packages could be sometimes 😂😂

Easy, yummy, light vegan meal, made in minutes.

INGRIDIENTS

One box of silken tofu, 16 ounces or 450 gr

For the sauce:

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

2 garlic, cloves, minced

1 Teaspoon oil

1/2 Fresh chili pepper – shredded (optional)

1 tablespoon maple syrup.

1 tablespoon spicy chili crisp

For garnish:

2 green onions, shredded

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1/2 cup diced cucumber

Flip the silken tofu into a plate lined with paper towel. Let it rest for a few minutes and in the meanwhile, make the sauce by simply combining all the ingredients together.

Flip the drained tofu into a serving plate.

pour the sauce over the tofu

Garnish with green onions, diced cucumbers and sesame seeds.

Serve with white rice and enjoy 😋
